Disclosed is a device for opening and closing a fuel door of a vehicle, which comprises: a fuel door installed in a vehicle body to be opened and closed by rotation, and provided with a binding groove on an inner surface; and a latch assembly installed in the vehicle body and binding or releasing the fuel door in accordance with push control of the fuel door. The latch assembly comprises: a binding rod moving forth and back in an oblique direction inclined with respect to an opening and closing trajectory of the fuel door; and a binding protrusion formed at an upper end of the binding rod, and releasing binding of the fuel door by moving beyond an engagement location of the binding groove when the binding rod protrudes outwards from the vehicle body and binding the fuel door by engaging the binding groove when the binding rod enters the vehicle body.

    차량의 연료도어 개폐장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량의 연료도어 개폐장치는 회전에 의해 개폐되도록 차체에 설치되며 내면에 결속홈이 마련된 연료도어; 및 차체에 설치되며 연료도어의 푸시 조작에 따라 연료도어를 결속하거나 결속 해제하는 래치 어셈블리;를 포함하고, 래치 어셈블리는 연료도어의 개폐 궤적에 대하여 경사진 사선방향으로 진퇴하는 결속로드; 및 결속로드 선단에 마련되며, 결속로드가 차체 외측 방향으로 돌출할 때 결속홈의 걸림위치를 벗어나 연료도어의 결속을 해제하고 결속로드가 차체 쪽으로 진입할 때 결속홈을 걸어 연료도어를 결속하는 결속턱;을 포함한다.
