According to the present invention, an automatic control system for controlling a position and shaking of a container crane comprises: a vision sensor, which is a camera, mounted on a trolley of the container crane; a microcontroller which is a main control part; a controller, as a sub-control part, configured with a PI controller and a PD controller; a stepping motor which is displaced in a step state according to a pulse input signal; and a stepping motor driver which is an exclusive device used to output current to the stepping motor. Therefore, an objective of the present invention is to use only the vision sensor to control the position and shaking for the automatic control system for controlling the position and shaking of the container crane.

    본 발명에 따른 컨테이너 크레인의 위치 및 흔들림 억제 자동 제어 시스템은 컨테이너 크레인의 트롤리에 장착되는 카메라인 비전 센서, 주제어부인 마이크로 컨트롤러, 부제어부로 PI 제어기와 PD 제어기로 구성된 제어기, 펄스 입력 신호에 따라서 스텝 상태로 변위하는 스태핑 모터, 그리고, 상기 스태핑 모터에 전류를 출력하기 위해 사용하는 전용기인 스태핑 모터 드라이버를 포함한다.
