The present invention relates to a charging system while driving an electric car in which a generator is installed in an electric car to perform self-charging by winds generated during driving. According to the present invention, a hopper-shaped air inlet is installed in a bumper which is a front part of a car, and the wind generated during driving the car flows through a pipe so as to manufacture electricity by the generator installed in the pipe, thereby charging a battery.
