The present invention relates to a method for thermal spray coating aircraft parts, which can provide aircraft parts with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The method for thermal spray coating aircraft parts comprises the following steps of: adjusting gas supply flow rates; adjusting supply rates of thermal spray powder; adjusting a distance of thermal spray from an object; preheating a surface-treated object; and rotating the object for the thermal spray to be uniformly applied onto the outer surface of the object.

    본 발명은 항공기 부품의 용사코팅 방법에 관한 것으로, 항공기 부품에 높은 경도와 내식성을 부여하기 위하여 가스공급유량을 조절하는 단계와, 용사파우더의 공급량을 조절하는 단계와, 상기 대상물로부터 용사스프레이의 거리를 조절하는 단계와, 표면처리 대상물을 예열하는 단계와, 상기 대상물을 회전시켜 외면에 균일하게 상기 용사스프레이가 도포되도록 하는 단계를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
