The present invention relates to a hemming structure for a hybrid-type door, which is capable of preventing deformation caused by difference in a thermal expansion coefficient between an outer panel of an aluminum alloy and an inner panel of iron steel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hemming structure for a hybrid-type door may include an inner panel and an outer panel made of a different material from the inner panel. In particular, an end portion of the inner panel and an end portion of the outer panel may be provided at a contact area, and the end portion of the inner panel may be hemmed by the end portion of the outer panel. A sealer may be applied to the contact areas at which the inner panel and the outer panel may be brought into contact with each other, and the contact area of the inner panel may include a non-contact space being free from contacting the sealer.

    본 발명은 알루미늄 재질의 아우터패널과 스틸 재질의 인너패널의 열팽창계수 차이에 의한 변형을 방지할 수 있는 하이브리드 도어의 헤밍 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 하이브리드 도어의 헤밍 구조는 서로 다른 재질의 인너패널과 아우터패널을 갖는 하이브리드 도어의 헤밍 구조로서, 인너패널의 단부와 아우터패널의 단부에는 서로 맞대어지는 대면영역이 형성되되, 상기 인너패널의 대면영역을 아우터패널의 단부가 감싸면서 헤밍결합되고, 상기 인너패널와 아우터패널이 서로 맞대어지는 대면영역에는 실러가 도포되며, 상기 인너패널의 대면영역에는 상기 실러에 접촉되지 않는 비접촉영역이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
