Disclosed by the present invention is a low voltage battery charging system integrated with a vehicle-mounted charger, which is able to charge a low voltage battery when charging a high voltage battery in an electric vehicle by using an external AC power source. The low voltage battery charging system integrated with a vehicle-mounted charger includes: a high voltage battery to drive the motor of an electric vehicle; a low voltage battery to drive one or more auxiliary electric field devices in the electric vehicle; a vehicle-mounted charger which is mounted on the electric vehicle to receive external AC power from an external AC power source, converts the external AC power into a high voltage DC power, and charges a high voltage battery and a lower voltage battery by using the converted high voltage DC power; and a low voltage converter which is positioned between the vehicle-mounted charger and the low voltage battery, converts high voltage DC power outputted from the vehicle-mounted charger into low voltage DC power for a low voltage battery, and charges a low voltage battery by using the converted low voltage DC power.

    외부 교류 전원을 이용하여 전기 자동차 내의 고전압 배터리의 충전 시에 저전압 배터리의 충전이 가능한 차량 탑재 충전기 통합형 저전압 배터리 충전 시스템이 개시된다. 차량 탑재 충전기 통합형 저전압 배터리 충전 시스템은, 전기 자동차의 모터를 구동하기 위한 고전압 배터리, 전기 자동차 내의 하나 이상의 보조 전장 장치를 구동하기 위한 저전압 배터리, 전기 자동차에 탑재되어 외부 교류 전원으로부터 외부 교류 전력을 공급받아 고전압 직류 전력으로 변환하고, 변환된 고전압 직류 전력을 사용하여 고전압 배터리 및 저전압 배터리를 충전하는 차량 탑재 충전기 및 차량 탑재 충전기와 저전압 배터리 사이에 위치되며, 차량 탑재 충전기로부터 출력되는 고전압 직류 전력을 저전압 배터리용 저전압 직류 전력으로 변환하고, 변환된 저전압 직류 전력을 사용하여 저전압 배터리를 충전하는 저전압 컨버터를 포함한다.
