The present invention relates to an electric vehicle-mounting type charging apparatus which is to safely block in advance a high voltage of a high voltage region from being flown in a low voltage region. The electric vehicle-mounting type charging apparatus of the present invention includes: a high voltage primary side circuit which generates a primary side power from an AC power source transmitted from EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment); a high voltage secondary side circuit which generates a high voltage battery charging power source based on a secondary side power; a transformer which converts the primary side power of the high voltage primary side circuit into the secondary side power to provide the high voltage secondary side circuit with the secondary side power; a low voltage circuit which is driven based on a charging voltage of a low voltage battery, and compares and analyzes a state of the primary side power and a state of the secondary side power to control operation of the high voltage primary side circuit; a plurality of sensing units which are implemented as an insulation type, and inform the low voltage circuit of the sensed states of the primary and secondary side powers; a plurality of gate drivers which are implemented as an insulation type, and drive a plurality of control signals outputted from the low voltage circuit to the high voltage primary side circuit; and a multi-output transformer which generates and supplies a driving voltage of each of the plurality of sensing units and the plurality of gate drivers based on the charging voltage of the low voltage battery, wherein the transformer and the multi-output transformer electrically insulate and electromagnetically couple an input and an output.

    본 발명은 전기자동차용 탑재형 충전장치에 관한 것으로, EVSE(Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment)로부터 전달되는 AC 전원으로부터 1차측 전원을 생성하는 고전압 1차측 회로; 2차측 전원을 기반으로 고전압 배터리 충전 전원을 생성하는 고전압 2차측 회로; 상기 고전압 1차측 회로의 1차측 전원을 상기 2차측 전원으로 변환하여 상기 고전압 2차측 회로에 제공하는 트랜스포머; 저전압 배터리의 충전 전압을 기반으로 구동하며, 상기 1차측 전원 상태와 상기 2차측 전원 상태를 비교 분석하여 상기 고전압 1차측 회로를 동작 제어하는 저전압 회로; 절연형으로 구현되며, 상기 1차측 전원 상태와 상기 2차측 전원 상태를 센싱하여 상기 저전압 회로에 통보하는 다수의 센싱부; 절연형으로 구현되며, 상기 저전압 회로로부터 출력되는 다수의 제어신호를 상기 고전압 1차측 회로에 드라이빙하는 다수의 게이트 드라이버; 및 상기 저전압 배터리의 충전 전력을 기반으로 상기 다수의 센싱부 및 상기 다수의 게이트 드라이버 각각의 드라이빙 전압을 생성 및 공급하는 다중 출력 트랜스포머;를 포함하며, 상기 트랜스포머 및 상기 다중 출력 트랜스포머는 입력와 출력을 전기적으로 절연시키고 자기적으로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
