The present invention relates to an IoT service system and a platform, capable of controlling an electric vehicle charging service based on information on a vehicle connected to a charger in a small charger unit for an electric vehicle, charging state information, power consumption, user information, or a combination thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, the IoT-based electric vehicle charging service system comprises: a charging device for receiving power from a power supplier, and transmitting charging information including at least one of a current charging state, charging service user recognition information, a charging start time, a charging stop time, and a charging completion time; a charging service provider terminal device for providing a charging service using the charging device; a charging service user terminal device for paying a charging fee after charge in the charging device provided by a charging service provider; and a charging service platform connected with the charging device, the charging service provider terminal device, and the charging service user terminal device. The charging service platform includes a means for obtaining and analyzing information related to the charging service, and pushes the information related to the charging service to the charging service user terminal device.

    본 발명은 전기자동차를 위한 소형 충전기 단위로 충전기와 연결된 자동차의 정보, 충전 상태 정보, 전력사용량, 이용자 정보 또는 이들의 조합을 기반으로 전기자동차 충전서비스를 제어할 수 있는 IoT 서비스 시스템과 플랫폼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한 측면에 따르면, 전력공급자로부터 전력이 공급되며, 현재 충전 상태, 충전서비스이용자 인식 정보, 충전 시작시간, 충전 중단시간, 충전 완료시간 중 적어도 하나가 포함된 충전 정보를 송출하는 충전장치, 상기 충전장치를 이용하여 충전서비스를 제공하는 충전서비스제공자 단말장치, 상기 충전서비스제공자가 제공한 상기 충전장치에서 충전하고 충전요금을 지불하는 충전서비스이용자 단말장치, 상기 충전장치, 충전서비스제공자 단말장치, 충전서비스이용자 단말장치가 연결되는 충전서비스 플랫폼을 포함하는 IoT 기반 전기자동차 충전 서비스 시스템이 제공된다. 상기 충전서비스 플랫폼은 충전서비스에 관련된 정보를 취득하고 분석하는 수단을 포함하고 상기 충전서비스이용자 단말장치로 상기 충전서비스 관련 정보를 푸시한다.
