The present invention provides a system and a method for correcting a resolver offset in an eco-friendly vehicle, which correct the resolver offset considering a twist angle generated at a shaft of a motor rotor to realize more accurate resolver offset correction. Provided is the system for correcting the resolver offset in the eco-friendly vehicle, comprising: a resolver offset determination unit receiving a torque command, a reversed magnetic flux, a current command, a feedback current from a motor, and a d-axis and a q-axis voltage monitored during current control to determine whether a resolver offset occurs; and a twist angle correction unit estimating a resolver offset deviation considering the twist angle of the shaft of the motor rotor.
