The present invention relates to a low-voltage DC-DC converter which is a noise-free, and a battery charger. The low-voltage DC-DC converter comprises: a gate driver unit including a gate driver IC and an LLC resonant converter to which a gallium nitride high electron mobility transistor is applied; a resonant driver unit including an LLC resonant driver IC; and a rectifying unit including a secondary side synchronous rectifier and a driver IC.

    본발명은 저전압 직류 변환기 및 배터리 충전기에 관한 것으로서, 질화갈륨 고전자이동도 트랜지스터가 적용된 Gate Driver IC 및 LLC 공진형 컨버터를 포함하는 게이트 드라이버부; LLC 공진형 Driver IC를 포함하는 공진형 드라이버부; 및 2차측 동기 정류기 및 드라이버 IC 를 포함하는 정류부를 포함한다.
