The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wheel using a wheel preheater, capable of improving easiness of manufacture of a wheel by consecutively smoothly performing casting manufacture of a preform, preprocessing and preheating of a rim, and flow foaming. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a wheel using a wheel preheater comprises: a step of preform manufacturing step of manufacturing the preform by casting; a preprocessing step of preprocessing the rim of the preform casted to enable the weight to be consistent; a preform preheating and carrying step of installing the preform on an ascending and descending support unit after opening a cover of a main body formed in a wheel preheater by using an opening and closing unit and moving raising and moving the ascending and descending support unit installed in the main body using an ascending and descending unit at same time; a preform preheating preparing step of burying the rim of the preform in fluidized sand by closing the opening of the main body by covering the cover by using the opening and closing unit and moving the ascending and descending support unit downward by using the ascending and descending unit at the same time, wherein the preform is installed on the ascending and descending support unit; a preform preheating step of preheating only the rim of the preform buried in the fluidized sand by using heat circulating by being supplied to the fluidized sand filled in the main body of the wheel preheater; a preform unloading step of unloading the preform completely preheated from the main body by ascent of the ascending and descending support unit and opening of the cover formed in the wheel preheater; a release agent spraying step of spraying a release agent to the lower part of the preheated preform; and a flow foaming step of machining the preform in the shape of a wheel by flow-foaming the same after the preform to which the release agent is sprayed is installed on a foaming device.

    본 발명은 휠 예열기를 이용한 휠 제조공법에 관한 것으로, 주조를 통해 프리폼을 제작하는 프리폼 제작단계; 주조된 프리폼의 림부를 예비가공하여 중량을 일정하게 하는 예비가공 단계; 개폐수단을 이용하여 휠 예열기에 구성된 본체의 덮개를 개방시킴과 동시에, 승강수단을 이용하여 본체 내부에 배치된 승강받침부를 상승이동시키고, 이후, 프리폼을 승강받침부에 안착시키는 프리폼 예열 반입단계; 상기 개폐수단을 이용하여 덮개를 덮어 본체의 개구를 폐쇄시킴과 동시에, 승강수단을 이용하여 프리폼이 안착된 승강받침부를 하강이동시킴으로써, 상기 프리폼의 림부가 유동사에 파묻히도록 하는 프리폼 예열 준비단계; 상기 휠 예열기의 본체에 채워진 유동사로 공급되어 순환되는 열기를 이용하여 유동사에 파묻힌 프리폼의 림부만을 예열하는 프리폼 예열 단계; 휠 예열기에 구성된 덮개의 개방 및 승강받침부의 상승이동을 통해 예열이 끝난 프리폼을 본체에서 언로딩 하는 프리폼 언로딩 단계; 예열된 프리폼의 하부에 이형제를 분사시키는 이형제 분사단계; 이형제가 분사된 프리폼을 포밍기에 안착시킨 다음, 플로우포밍하여 휠 형상으로 가공하는 플로우포밍 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
