An apparatus for controlling a lamp for a vehicle comprises: a visible ray image sensor imaging the frontward of a vehicle within a visible ray spectrum in order to acquire a visible ray picture; a video processing unit processing the imaged visible ray picture so as to sense a light emitting area from the visible ray picture; a non-visible ray light emitting control unit controlling such that a non-visible ray light source unit may project a non-visible ray having a first light pattern to the frontward of the vehicle; a non-visible ray image sensor imaging the frontward of a vehicle within a non-visible ray spectrum in order to acquire a non-visible ray picture; and a reflective light distinguishing unit sensing a second light pattern in an area corresponding to the light emitting area in the non-visible ray image, and distinguishing the light emitting area through reflective light reflected by a reflective body when the sensed second light pattern matches the first light pattern.

    차량용 램프 제어 장치는, 차량의 전방을 가시광 대역에서 촬상하여 가시광 영상을 획득하는 가시광 이미지 센서와, 상기 촬상된 가시광 영상을 처리하여 상기 가시광 영상으로부터 발광 영역을 감지하는 영상 처리부와, 상기 차량의 전방으로 비가시광 광원부가 제1 광 패턴을 갖는 비가시광을 조사하도록 제어하는 비가시광 점등 제어부와, 상기 차량의 전방을 비가시광 대역에서 촬상하여 비가시광 영상을 획득하는 비가시광 이미지 센서와, 상기 비가시광 영상 중에서 상기 발광 영역에 대응되는 영역에서 제2 광 패턴을 감지하고, 상기 감지된 제2 광 패턴이 상기 제1 광 패턴과 매칭되면 상기 발광 영역을 반사체에서 반사된 반사광으로 식별하는 반사광 식별부로 이루어진다.
