According to the present invention, a method of reforming an unmanned control system for a small manned helicopter includes: a step (a) of cutting a control rod delivered to a rotational slant board via a mixer (200) through a control rod of transverse-axial, longitudinal-axial, directional, and propelling commands generated from a stick, pedal, and throttle of a cockpit; a step (b) of fixing a transverse-axial operator, a propelling operator, a longitudinal-axial operator, and a directional operator to the airframe with a bracket; and a step (c) of electrically connecting the transverse-axial operator, the propelling operator, the longitudinal-axial operator, and a directional operator to a flight control terminal. Thus, since an electric operating device is located at the front end of the mixer, a connection part receiving power is reduced in comparison to conventional methods, and thus, a power loss is small and a backlash to a final blade of the rotational slant board is able to be minimized.

    본 발명에 따른 소형 유인헬기의 무인화 조종계통 개조방법은 (a) 조종석의 조종간(Stick, Pedal, Throttle)에서 생성되는 횡축명령, 종축명령, 방향명령, 추진명령 제어봉(Control Rod)을 통하여 혼합기(200)를 경유하고 회전경사판으로 전달되는 제어봉을 절단하는 단계; 및 (b) 제어봉이 절단된 연결부에 횡축구동기, 추진구동기, 종축구동기, 및 방향구동기를 브래킷(Bracket)으로 비행체의 기체에 고정하는 단계; 및 (c) 횡축구동기, 추진구동기, 종축구동기, 및 방향구동기를 비행조종 단말기와 전기적으로 연결시키는 단계;를 포함하여, 전기적 구동장치가 혼합기의 직전단에 위치함으로써, 기존의 방식에 비하여 힘이 전달되는 연결부가 적여져 힘 손실이 적고, 회전경사판의 최종 날개(Blade)에 이르는 반발(Backlash)을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
