The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling an engine for a PHEV commercial vehicle using a digital signal. More particularly, a pressure sensor of at brake and a pneumatic line of a rear wheel are equipped with a pressure control value (PCV), an angle sensor is installed to electrically recognize a brake pedal value, a braking torque is calculated in the VCU by considering the air pressure, vehicle speed, and regenerative braking amount when an angle value is transmitted to a vehicle control unit (VCU), an air pressure control is provided through an air pressure control valve (PCV) of the brake line, and a braking value is determined by pneumatic braking and regenerative braking so that a negative torque value is applied by the regenerative braking amount during power generation. Accordingly, in order to operate an engine of the plug-in hybrid vehicle, the pedal sensor is provided to generate an analog voltage of 0 V to 5 V and a positive torque value is applied while the generator is operated as a motor, thereby controlling the torque decompression through the power generation such that the engine power generation amount is smaller than the vehicle power demand and the battery charge demand power, and thus the PHEV commercial vehicle engine is stably controlled and driven.

    본 발명은 디지털 신호를 이용한 PHEV 상용차 엔진 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 브레이크에 압력센서 및 뒤 바퀴에 공압 라인에 PVC(Pressure control value)가 장착되고 브레이크 페달값을 전기적으로 인식할 수 있도록 각도센서가 설치되어 각도값을 챠량제어기(VCU)에 전달하면 VCU에서 공기압, 차속, 회생제동량을 고려하여 제동토크를 계산하고 브레이크 라인의 공기압 조절밸브(PCV)를 통해 공기압력 조절이 이루어지고 공기압 제동 및 회생제동을 통해 브레이크 값을 결정하여 발전시 회생 제동량 만큼 (-)토크값이 인가되도록 구성된다. 이에 따라, 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 엔진을 운행을 위하여 페달센서를 구비하여 0 ~ 5V의 아날로그 전압을 생성하여 발전기를 모터처럼 가동하면서 (+)토크값을 인가하여 발전을 통해 엔진 발전량을 차량요구전력과 배터리 충전요구전력보다 작도록 제어 토크 감압이 되도록 구동되어 안정적인 PHEV 상용차 엔진 제어 및 주행을 보장할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
