According to the present invention, an artificial intelligence type drone and an operating method thereof include: a sensor part sensing vehicle driving information; a driving part moving the artificial intelligence type drone; an output part outputting an alarm notifying the occurrence of an accident; and a control part determining whether an accident occurs based on the vehicle driving information, controlling the artificial intelligence type drone so as to move near the vehicle corresponding to the same, and controlling the output part outputting the alarm.

    본 발명의 일 실시 예에 의한 인공 지능형 드론은, 차량주행정보를 감지하는 센서부; 와 상기 인공 지능형 드론을 이동시키는 구동부; 와 사고 발생을 알리는 알람을 출력하는 출력부; 및 상기 차량주행정보에 기초하여 차량에 사고가 발생했는지 여부를 판단하고, 이에 대응하여 상기 인공 지능형 드론을 상기 차량 주위로 이동시키도록 상기 구동부를 제어하며, 상기 알람을 출력하도록 상기 출력부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
