The present invention can obtain a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition having particularly excellent balance between abrasion resistance and steering stability. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition contains: a rubber component containing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer having a ratio of a weight average molecular weight Mw and a number average molecular weight Mn (Mw/Mn) is 1.5 or more obtained by means of gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and having adsorbability to silica column; and an oil having a density of 1.0g/cm^3 or more.

    [과제] 내마모성과 조종 안정성의 밸런스가 특히 우수한 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체 조성물을 얻는다. [해결 수단] 겔 침투 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의한 중량 평균 분자량 Mw와 수 평균 분자량 Mn의 비 Mw/Mn이 1.5 이상이며, 실리카계 칼럼에의 흡착성을 갖는 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체 (가)를 함유하는 고무 성분과, 밀도 1.0g/㎤ 이상의 오일 (다) 를 함유하는 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체 조성물.
