The present invention can transmit electric energy to an external vehicle at the time of discharging the remaining electric energy of a high voltage battery so that the battery can be reused. In addition, introduced is a battery discharge device capable of preventing an accident which can occur during a discharge operation and environmental pollution, simplifying a discharge operation and shortening a discharge operation time.

    본 발명은 고전압 배터리의 잔존 전기에너지의 방전시 그 전기에너지를 외부 차량으로 송전하여 재사용이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 방전 작업시 발생될 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있으며, 환경오염 발생, 방전작업의 간편화, 방전 작업시간의 단축을 할 수 있는 배터리 방전장치가 소개된다.
