According to the present invention, to solve problems of Patent Registration No. 10-1358201 having the title ″SHIP HAVING A DEVICE FOR REDUCING FRICTIONAL RESISTACE DUE TO REDUCTION IN WETTED SURFACE AREA CAUSED BY AIR CAVITY IN BOTTOM OF SHIP″, in addition to Patent Registration No. 10-1358201, a cylinder wall and another cylinder wall are connected to each other to have multiple cylinder connection beams upwardly, downwardly, forwardly, and backwardly. Thus, the hull of a ship is made to be structurally strong and rigid. An underwater wing is fixed to a cylinder wall at any position downward from the lowermost side of the ship in the cylinder, and the underwater wing is attached to a cylinder rotary shaft of the lower part of a cylinder support. By rotating an underwater blade receiving angle adjusting stand connected to the underwater wing, an angle of the receiving angle of the underwater wing is arbitrarily adjusted. Thus, trim by bow and trim by stern are prevented, and a ship can be safely navigated. Floating is possible by the underwater wing, and thus a wet surface area is reduced to save energy.
