The present invention relates to interposing a disc bearing to a rudder carrier without using a bolt, including a rudder carrier housing and a disc bearing rotatably disposed on an upper surface of the rudder carrier housing. According to the present invention, a non-fixing arrangement structure of a rudder carrier disc bearing includes an annular groove on a bottom surface of the disc bearing and a radial groove formed to intersect the annular groove so that a lower surface of the disc bearing is lubricated such that the disc bearing is freely rotatable. According to the present invention, the present invention is capable of solving a problem in which a conventional bolt is broken and the disk bearing is damaged or grease is unable to be injected, and the rudder system is able to be supported without loss of an effective area of the disc bearing.

    본 발명은 볼트를 사용하지 않고 디스크 베어링을 러더캐리어에 개재하기 위한 것으로, 러더캐리어 하우징 및 러더캐리어 하우징의 상면에 회전 가능하게 배치되는 디스크 베어링을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 러더캐리어 디스크 베어링의 비고정식 배치 구조는 디스크 베어링의 저면에 환형요홈 및 환형요홈에 교차하여 형성되는 방사형요홈을 포함함으로써, 디스크 베어링의 하면이 윤활되어 디스크 베어링이 자유롭게 회전 가능하도록 한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래 볼트가 파단되어 디스크 베어링이 손상되거나 그리스 주입이 불가능해지는 문제점을 해결할 수 있고, 디스크 베어링의 유효면적의 손실 없이 러더시스템을 지지할 수 있다.
