Provided is a pilot type solenoid valve providing a good operation even within a wide temperature specification range. The pilot type solenoid valve (100) is configured such that a main valve body (40) made of aluminum is slidably housed in a suction element (80) made of a magnetic material. Then, an alumite treatment layer is formed on a sliding surface in the main valve body (40) along which the suction element (80) slides by applying an alumite treatment to the sliding surface. Thereby, a linear expansion coefficient of the main valve body (40) is brought close to a linear expansion coefficient of the suction element (80).

    폭넓은 온도 사양 영역에서도 동작이 양호한 파일럿식 전자밸브를 제공한다. 파일럿식 전자밸브체(100)는 알루미늄제의 주 밸브체(40)가 자성 재료성의 흡인자(80)에 활주 가능하게 수용되어 있다. 그리고, 주 밸브체(40)에서의 흡인자(80)와의 활주면에 알루마이트 처리를 시행함에 의해, 당해 활주면에 알루마이트 가공 처리층을 형성하고 있다. 이에 의해, 주 밸브체(40)의 선팽창계수를 흡인자(80)의 선팽창계수에 가깝게 하고 있다.
