The present invention relates to a new type of an in-wheel driving device provided with a gap compensation elastic body to maintain a coupling force even though a housing and a ring gear of the in-wheel driving device continuously receive heat to generate a gap. Therefore, a gap generated between a reduction gear device and the housing is appropriately compensated by an elastic force of the gap compensation elastic body, and the problem generated in a conventional fixing method through press fitting can be solved.

    본 발명은 인-휠 구동장치의 하우징과 링기어가 지속적으로 열을 받아 간극이 발생되더라도 결합력을 그대로 유지시키는 간극 보상 탄성체를 구비한 새로운 방식의 인-휠 구동장치로 간극보상탄성체의 탄성력에 의해 감속기어장치와 하우징 사이에서 발생된 간극을 적절히 보상하면서 종래의 압입을 통해 고정하던 방식에서 발생되는 문제를 해결하는 효과가 있다.
