An interactive vehicle device interlocked with on-board diagnostics (OBD) of the present invention is provided in a vehicle by comprising: a sound wave inputting unit receiving a sound wave signal; a sound wave outputting unit outputting the sound wave signal; a short range wireless unit processing short range wireless communications; and a wireless network communicating unit connected to a communication network through a wireless network. The interactive vehicle device interlocked with OBD comprises a communication processing unit, an OBD interlocking unit, a voice recognizing unit, a voice outputting unit, and a control processing unit. The communication processing unit communicates with an operating server designated on the communication network through the wireless network communicating unit. The OBD interlocking unit obtains operation information or state information of the vehicle from a vehicle OBD by performing the short range wireless communications with an OBD module connected to the vehicle OBD through the short range wireless unit; selects the operation information or the state information to be transmitted to the operating server from the obtained operation information or state information; and transmits the same to the operating server through the communication processing unit. The voice recognizing unit reads the sound wave signal of an audible frequency range inputted through the sound wave inputting unit, and performs a process for recognizing voice of a user. The voice outputting unit performs a process for outputting the voice with the sound wave signal including the voice of the audible frequency range through the sound wave outputting unit. The control processing unit processes a function for confirming information to be transmitted to the operating server based on voice recognizing information recognized through the voice recognizing unit, and transmitting network transmitting information including the confirmed information to the operating server through the communication processing unit; and a function for confirming voice outputting information to be outputted by the voice through network receiving information received from the operating server through the communication processing unit, and controlling voice to be outputted through the voice outputting unit. The present invention can interactively provide various services.

    본 발명의 오비디와 연동하는 대화형 차량장치에 따르면, 음파신호를 입력받는 음파 입력부, 음파신호를 출력하는 음파 출력부, 근거리 무선 통신을 처리하는 근거리 무선부, 무선망을 경유하여 통신망에 연결하는 무선망 통신부를 포함하여 차량에 구비되는 차량장치에 있어서, 상기 무선망 통신부를 통해 통신망 상의 지정된 운영서버와 통신하는 통신 처리부와 상기 근거리 무선부를 통해 차량 OBD(On-Board Diagnostics)와 연결된 OBD모듈과 근거리 무선 통신하여 상기 차량 OBD로부터 차량의 운행정보 또는 상태정보를 획득하고 상기 획득된 운행정보 또는 상태정보 중 운영서버로 전송할 운행정보 또는 상태정보를 선별하여 상기 통신 처리부를 통해 상기 운영서버로 전송하는 OBD 연동부와 상기 음파 입력부를 통해 입력되는 가청 주파수 대역의 음파신호를 판독하여 사용자가 발화한 음성을 인식하기 위한 절차를 수행하는 음성 인식부와 상기 음파 출력부를 통해 가청 주파수 대역의 음성을 포함하는 음파신호를 음성 출력하는 절차를 수행하는 음성 출력부 및 상기 음성 인식부를 통해 인식된 음성인식정보를 근거로 운영서버로 전송할 정보를 확인하고 상기 통신 처리부를 통해 상기 확인된 정보를 포함하는 망전송정보를 상기 운영서버로 전송하도록 제어하는 기능과 상기 통신 처리부를 통해 상기 운영서버로부터 수신되는 망수신정보를 통해 음성 출력할 음성출력정보를 확인하여 상기 음성 출력부를 통해 음성 출력하도록 제어하는 기능을 처리하는 제어 처리부를 구비한다.
