The present invention comprises: an upper structure formed to enable a wind power generation unit to be mounted; a lower structure supporting the upper structure and comprising a floating body; a mooring line connecting the lower structure and the seabed to moor the lower structure; and a column structure installed along the outer circumference of the upper structure and the lower structure to be connected to each other and enabling a connection form to have a slope.

    본 발명은 풍력발전부가 탑재되도록 형성되는 상부구조물과 상기 상부구조물을 지지하며, 부력체로 형성되는 하부구조물과 상기 하부구조물을 계류시키기 위하여 상기 하부구조물과 해저면을 연결하는 계류라인 및 상기 상부구조물 및 상기 하부구조물의 외측 테두리를 따르며 각각 설치되어 서로 연결되고, 연결 형태가 경사를 가지도록 형성되는 컬럼구조물을 포함한다.
