The present invention discloses automation equipment for finishing operation of interior material, the automation equipment which actively excludes creases generated in the entire portion of a product including a round portion, minimizes loss of the fabric to be discarded, and can greatly improve production efficiency of the product through the enveloping operation by preheating the fabric in a state that a fabric that is a surface material and a core that is an injection-molded product are each individually installed in separate molds, realizing bonding between the fabric and an injection-molded product core by using a pressurization force accompanied during combining of the molds, and enabling an edge portion of the fabric to be automatically enveloped and bonded with respect to a rear surface of the injection-molded product core. The automation equipment of the present invention includes: a moving mold (300) which is installed to be movable in a vertical direction through an elevating unit (200), and fixes the injection-molded product core; a seating mold (800) which is installed on the bottom of the moving mold (300) and fixes the fabric bonded to the injection-molded product core to induce bonding between the injection-molded product core and the fabric during descending of the moving mold (300); a heating unit (600) which provides a heat source toward the fabric from the bottom of the moving mold (300); a clamping unit (500) which is installed to be able to fix the edge portion of the fabric with respect to the seating mold (800) when the heat source is provided by the heating unit (600); and a finishing operation unit (900) which is installed on a side portion of the seating mold (800) to perform the enveloping operation on the edge portion of the fabric with respect to the rear surface of the injection-molded product core.

    본 발명은 표피재인 원단과 사출 성형물인 코어를 각각 별도의 금형에 개별적으로 설치한 상태에서 원단을 예열하고 금형의 합형시 수반되는 가압력을 이용하여 원단과 사출물 코어 사이의 접착을 구현하며 원단의 가장자리부위를 사출물 코어의 배면에 대해 자동적으로 감싸 접합할 수 있게 함으로써 라운드 부위를 포함한 제품의 전 부위에서 발생되는 주름을 보다 적극적으로 배제하고 폐기되는 원단의 손실을 최소화하며 감싸기 작업에 의한 제품의 생산 효율을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 내장재의 마감 작업용 자동화 설비를 개시한다. 전술한 마감 작업용 자동화 설비는 승강유닛(200)을 매개로 상하방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고 사출물 코어를 고정하는 가동금형(300), 가동금형(300)의 하부에 설치되고 사출물 코어에 접합되는 원단을 고정하여 가동금형(300)의 하강시 사출물 코어와 원단 사이의 접합을 유도하는 안착금형(800), 가동금형(300)의 하부에서 원단을 향해 열원을 제공하는 발열유닛(600), 발열유닛(600)에 의한 열원의 제공시 안착금형(800)에 대해 원단의 가장자리부위를 고정 가능하게 설치되는 클램핑유닛(500), 및 안착금형(800)의 측부에 설치되어 원단의 가장자리부위를 사출물 코어의 배면에 대해 감싸기 작업을 수행하는 마감작업유닛(900)을 구비한다.
