A fuel cell system for a submarine is provided. The fuel cell system for a submarine comprises: a reactant storage tank for storing a reactant for a hydrolysis reaction for generating hydrogen; a reactor receiving the reactant from the reactant storage tank and generating hydrogen through a hydrolysis reaction; a separator for receiving a synthesis gas from the reactor to separate hydrogen; a fuel cell for receiving hydrogen separated in the separator to convert chemical energy into electric energy; a reaction water collection tank for recovering and collecting reaction water present in an exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell; a byproduct storage tank for storing a byproduct generated in the reactor; and a cooler for storing a coolant supplied to the fuel cell. The coolant passing through the fuel cell through a coolant line is supplied to the reactor to maintain a temperature of the reactor within a predetermined range.

    잠수함용 연료전지시스템이 제공된다. 상기 잠수함용 연료전지시스템은, 수소를 발생시키는 가수화 반응을 위한 반응물을 저장하는 반응물 저장탱크, 상기 반응물 저장탱크로부터 상기 반응물을 제공받고, 가수화 반응을 통해 수소를 발생시키는 반응기, 상기 반응기로부터 합성가스를 제공받아 수소를 분리하는 분리기, 상기 분리기에서 분리된 수소를 제공받아 화학에너지를 전기에너지로 전환시키는 연료전지, 상기 연료전지에서 배출되는 배기가스에 존재하는 반응수를 회수하여 수집하는 반응수 수집탱크, 상기 반응기에서 발생하는 부산물을 저장하는 부산물 저장탱크, 및 상기 연료전지에 공급되는 냉각수를 저장하는 냉각기를 포함하고, 냉각수 라인을 통해 상기 연료전지를 통과한 냉각수를 상기 반응기에 공급하여 상기 반응기의 온도를 소정의 범위 내에서 유지시킨다.
