The present invention relates to a bulked continuous filament (BCF) for car mats with improved abrasion resistance comprising a copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate including polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and a unidirectional end group-modified polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). The BCF for car mats with excellent abrasion resistance is able to be manufactured by a method of directly yarning the copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate or a method of copolymerizing a unidirectional end group-modified PDMS in the polyethylene terephthalate at a high concentration to obtain a copolymer and using the copolymer as a master batch. The manufactured BCF for car mats with excellent abrasion resistance is able to be applied to a polyethylene terephthalate BCF car mat.

    본 발명은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET, Polyethylene terephtalate) 및 한 방향 말단 변성 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS)을 포함하는 공중합 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 내마모성이 개선된 카매트용 BCF에 관한 것으로, 상기 공중합 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 직접 원사하는 방법 또는 한 방향 말단기 변성 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS)를 고농도로 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트에 공중합하여 마스터배치로 활용하는 방법으로 제조되는 것으로서 내마모성이 뛰어난 카매트용 BCF를 제조할 수 있고, 이를 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 BCF 카매트에 적용할 수 있다.
