The present invention relates to a method and a system for controlling energy supply of a fuel cell vehicle, the method and system capable of preventing a vehicle from abnormally operating in protecting a fuel cell by limiting a current when a cell voltage of the fuel cell descends, increasing durability of the fuel cell by estimating reduction in a cell voltage, and efficiently operating a high voltage battery. The method includes the steps of: storing a fuel cell output current at a corresponding point in time as a previously limited current when reaching the minimum cell voltage ratio; setting an output limiting current of the fuel cell as the previously limited current when a cell voltage ratio reaches a dangerous cell voltage ratio; connecting a first high voltage battery and a second high voltage battery to a main bus end in parallel when the cell voltage ratio reaches the dangerous cell voltage ratio; and outputting a supplement current from the second high voltage battery to a degree by which the fuel battery output current does not reach the previously limited current.

    최소셀전압비율에 도달할 경우, 해당 시점의 연료전지 출력전류를 사전제한전류로 저장하는 단계; 셀전압비율이 위험셀전압비율에 도달할 경우 연료전지의 출력제한전류를 사전제한전류로 설정하는 단계; 셀전압비율이 위험셀전압비율에 도달할 경우 제1고전압배터리와 제2고전압배터리가 병렬로 메인버스단에 연결되도록 하는 단계; 및 연료전지 출력전류가 사전제한전류에 모자란 만큼 제2고전압배터리로부터 보충전류를 출력하는 단계;를 포함하는 연료전지 차량의 에너지 공급 제어방법 및 제어시스템이 소개된다.
