An armrest frame for a vehicle according to the present invention includes: a base portion having legs extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel while facing each other; a cup holder portion integrated with the base at one end of the base; and a rotational coupling portion provided at the other end of the base portion and rotationally coupled to an armrest board of a seatback frame. The base portion and the cup holder portion are formed of a glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, and the rotational coupling portion is formed of a metal material. The strength of the armrest frame can be reinforced by optimally designing the armrest frame through an experimental design method and the armrest frame has a light weight so that the fuel efficiency of a vehicle can be improved. The number of assembling processes is greatly reduced so that manufacturing time and manufacturing cost can be reduced. Convenience of a worker can be improved, and the safety and reliability of the vehicle can be improved.

    본 발명은 서로 평행하면서 마주하도록 길이방향으로 연장 형성되는 베이스부; 상기 베이스부의 일단에 상기 베이스부와 일체로 형성되는 컵홀더부; 시트백 프레임의 암레스트 보드에 회전 가능하게 결합하기 위해 상기 베이스부의 타단에 설치되는 결합 회동부;를 포함하고 상기 베이스부와 상기 컵홀더부는 유리섬유강화 열가소성수지로 형성되고, 상기 결합 회동부는 금속재질로 형성되는 자동차용 암레스트 프레임에 관한 것으로, 실험계획법에 따라 최적의 설계를 통해 암레스트 프레임의 강도를 보강하면서 경량화를 도모하여 자동차의 연비를 개선하고, 조립 공정수를 대폭 감소시켜 제조시간 및 제조비용을 절감하며, 작업자의 편의를 도모하고, 자동차의 안전성과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차용 암레스트 프레임을 제공하는 것이다.
