The present invention relates to a mounting unit for a battery pack of an electric vehicle, wherein the mounting unit reduces the number of processes and enhances the quality of the processes by having a pipe nut for mounting a battery pack of an electric vehicle fitted to a bracket through bidirectional projection welding, and then assembled into an insertion groove of a trimmed side seal. The mounting unit for a battery pack of an electric vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is to fix the battery pack of the electric vehicle through a side seal of a vehicle body, wherein the mounting unit includes: pipe nuts inserted into corresponding insertion grooves, wherein a plurality of insertion grooves are formed along the length direction on one outer surface of the side seal; and brackets each composed of an upper surface, a lower surface, and one outer surface, connected to the pipe nut in a state being inserted into a hole between the upper surface and the lower surface, and bolt-coupled to the upper surface, the lower surface and the outer surface of the side seal, respectively.
