According to the present invention, a damper clip (1) comprises a lever (30) coupled to a steel clip (10) including a mass damper (20) into which a pipe is penetrated and performing rotational operation for locking and unlocking the steel clip (10). Moreover, an air conditioner pipe (230) interworked with a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit (100) is covered by the mass damper (20) to be fixed to a chassis panel (400). Accordingly, due to the rotational operation of the lever (30) without an assembly torque deviation in accordance with screw fastening of an electric tool, convenience and productivity in an assembly process are enhanced. In particular, the mass damper (20) is prevented from being broken or deformed, thereby largely improving noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance due to an absorption effect sufficient for vibration by a refrigerant and vibration transferred from the chassis panel (400).
본 발명의 댐퍼 클립(1)은 파이프가 관통되는 매스 댐퍼(20)를 구비한 스틸 클립(10)에 결합되고, 상기 스틸 클립(10)을 고정시켜주는 잠금(Lock)이나 상기 스틸 클립(10)의 고정을 해제시켜주는 해제(Unlock)가 회전조작으로 이루어지는 레버(30)로 구성되고, HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)(100)에 연계된 에어컨 파이프(230)를 매스 댐퍼(20)로 감싸 차체 패널(400)과 고정됨으로써 전동공구의 나사 조임에 따른 조립 토크 편차 현상 없는 레버(30)의 회전조작으로 조립공정의 편리성과 생산성 향상을 달성하고, 특히 매스 댐퍼(20)의 파손이나 변형 방지로 냉매에 의한 진동과 차체패널(400)로부터 전달되는 진동에 대해 충분한 흡수 효과로 NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) 성능을 크게 개선시켜주는 특징이 구현된다.
