The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a high-voltage junction block for firmly mounting the high-voltage junction block used in an electric vehicle to a battery cover constituting an exterior of a battery. The mounting structure for a high-voltage junction block according to an embodiment of the present invention is used to mount a high-voltage junction block to a battery. The mounting structure includes: a junction block in which a receiving space for receiving a power relay assembly (PRA), a high-voltage junction box, and a battery management unit (BMU) are provided, and which has a protruding communication duct of which one side is installed with a connector block and the other side is formed with a first communication hole through which a bus bar and a wire pass; a battery cover forming an outer appearance of the battery and provided at one side thereof with a mounting plate which is bent and coupled to a communication duct of the junction block; a reinforcing bracket mounted on the mounting plate of the battery cover, in which a fastener fastened to a housing of the junction block passes through the reinforcing bracket; and a reinforcing bar installed in the battery housing along the bent portion of the mounting plate to reinforce the battery housing.

    본 발명은 전기자동차에서 사용하는 고전압 정션블록을 배터리의 외관을 구성하는 배터리커버에 견고하게 장착하기 위한 고전압 정션블록의 장착구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 고전압 정션블록의 장착구조는 고전압 정션블록을 배터리에 장착하는 고전압 정션블록의 장착구조로서, 내부에 수용공간이 형성되어 파워 릴레이 어셈블리(PRA), 고전압 정션박스 및 배터리 관리유닛(BMU)이 구비되고, 일측면으로는 커넥터 블록이 장착되며, 타측면에는 버스바 및 와이어가 통과되는 제 1 연통공이 형성된 연통덕트가 돌출되는 정션블록과; 상기 배터리의 외관을 구성하고 일측에 상기 정션블록의 연통덕트와 결합되는 장착판이 절곡되어 형성되는 배터리커버와; 상기 배터리커버의 장착판에 장착되고 상기 정션블록의 하우징에 체결되는 체결구가 관통하는 보강브라켓과; 상기 장착판의 절곡된 부분을 따라 상기 배터리하우징에 설치되어 배터리하우징을 보강하는 보강바를 포함한다.
