Disclosed is a multi-probe sender (1) including: a reed switch arrangement for forming a level-sensitivity obtaining interval (K) at which a value overlap is prevented in consideration of a resistance-value tolerance range by red switches (31, 32, 33) sequentially positioned along a length of each of first to third probes (30-1, 30-2, 30-3); and a multi-probe (30) with a probe layout to form an intersection interval (Ka) for preventing value interference in consideration of an interval overlap of the reed switches at combination of the first to third probes. If the multi-probe sender is applied to a tank (100), design freedom for a tank shape is provided to decrease a height of the tank but increase a width thereof, as well as the exact level detecting performance, thereby securing a ground clearance of a vehicle and consistency of tank capacity.

    본 발명의 멀티 프로브 센더(1)는 제1,2,3 프로브(30-1,30-2,30-3)의 각각에서 길이를 따라 연속적으로 위치된 리드 스위치(31,32,33)가 저항값 공차범위를 고려한 값 중복(value overlap)이 방지되는 레벨 민감성 확보 간격(K)을 형성하는 리드 스위치 배열lid switch arrangement), 제1,2,3 프로브(30-1,30-2,30-3)의 조합 시 리드 스위치(31,32,33)의 서로에 대한 간격 겹침을 고려한 값 간섭(value interference)이 방지되는 교차 간격(Ka)을 형성해주는 프로브 배치(probe layout)가 적용된 멀티 프로브(30)를 포함함으로써 탱크(100)에 적용 시 정확한 레벨 검출 성능과 함께 탱크(100)의 높이 축소와 폭 증가가 가능한 탱크 형상 설계 자유도를 제공하여 차량 지상고 확보 및 탱크 용량 정합성 확보가 크게 향상되는 특징을 갖는다.
