The present invention relates to a shift lever device for a manual transmission. According to the present invention, a shift lever housing (10) is divided into a shift lever lower housing (11) and a shift lever upper housing (12). An insulation device (60) for reducing vibrations and noise is provided between the shift lever lower housing (11) and the shift lever upper housing (12). Therefore, the vibrations and noise transmitted through a transmission cable can be greatly reduced.

    본 발명은 수동변속기용 변속레버장치에 관한 것으로, 변속레버 하우징(10)이 변속레버 하부하우징(11)과 변속레버 상부하우징(12)으로 분리 구성되고, 변속레버 하부하우징(11)과 변속레버 상부하우징(12)사이에 진동과 소음을 경감시키기 위한 절연기구(60)가 설치됨으로써 변속케이블을 통해 전달된 진동 및 소음을 크게 줄일 수 있도록 된 것이다.
