The present invention relates to a car sheet using a polyester-based adhering powder comprising: a base layer which is formed of a polyester hard non-woven fabric; an adhering layer which is formed on a lower surface of the substrate layer and is formed of a dispersed polyester-based adhering powder; and a skin layer which is formed of polyester (PET) non-woven fabrics and in a lower surface of the adhering layer. The polyester-based adhering powder is made by grinding a low melting point copolymerized polyester resin which is copolymerized by a dicarbonic acid comprising 60-90 mole% of terephthalic acid and 10-40 mole% of isophthalic acid, and a diol comprising 60-100 mole% of ethylene glycol and 0-40 mole% of diethylene glycol. For the adhering powder, a glass transition temperature (Tg) is 50°C or more, a hardness (Shore D) is 80 or more, and a softening point is 80-140°C. The present invention is able to be easily recycled.
본 발명은 폴리에스테르 하드 부직포로 구성된 기재층; 상기 기재층 하부면에 형성되며, 분산된 폴리에스테르계 접착파우더로 구성된 접착층; 상기 접착층 하부면에 형성된 폴리에스테르(PET)부직포의 표피층으로 구성되되, 상기 폴리에스테르계 접착파우더는 테레프탈산 60~90몰%와 이소프탈산 10~40몰%로 조성된 디카르본산과 에틸렌글리콜 60~100몰%와 디에틸렌글리콜 0~40 몰%로 조성된 디올이 공중합한 저융점 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지를 분말화한 것으로, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 50℃ 이상이고, 경도(Shore D)가 80 이상이며, 연화점이 80~140℃인 것이 특징인 폴리에스테르계 접착파우더를 이용한 자동차 시트에 관한 것이다.
