An embodiment of the present invention relates to a hot melt adhesive composition comprising 35 to 40 wt% of petroleum resin, 10 to 14 wt% of polyester elastomer resin, 10 to 14 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate resin, 14 to 19 wt% of polyether polyol, 15 to 21 wt% of polyester polyol, 8 to 10 wt% of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, and 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of an amine catalyst, wherein the hot melt adhesive composition has 20,000 to 50,000 cps of melting viscosity measured at 150°C. The hot melt adhesive composition according to the present invention is excellent in workability as well as initial adhesion, initial adhesive force, adhesive properties and heat resistance, has excellent crosslinking properties and bubble preventing properties after final curing, has an excellent curing time reduction effect, and is excellent in impact resistance after curing.

    본 발명의 일 구현예는 석유 수지 35 중량% 내지 40 중량%, 폴리에스테르 탄성체 수지 10 중량% 내지 14 중량%, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 수지 10 중량% 내지 14 중량%, 폴리에테르 폴리올 14 중량% 내지 19 중량%, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 15 중량% 내지 21 중량%, 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 8 중량% 내지 10 중량% 및 아민 촉매 0.1 중량% 내지 0.5 중량%를 포함하고, 150℃에서 측정한 용융점도가 20,000 cps 내지 50,000 cps인 핫멜트 접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초기 밀착성, 초기 접착력, 점착(tack)성 및 내열성이 우수하면서도 동시에 작업성이 우수하고, 최종 경화 후 기포 방지성 및 가교성이 우수하며, 경화 시간 단축의 효과가 우수하고, 경화 후 내충격성이 우수한 핫멜트 접착제 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
