The present invention relates to a following Segway, wherein wireless communication between the Segway and a user is performed to measure a distance therebetween, and based on the distance, the Segway can trace the user. Moreover, according to the present invention, as the Segway remembers wireless communication ID of the user to trace the user, interference with another user can be prevented. The Segway can be used indoors without a GPS service, and a tracing system can be realized with an inexpensive and simple algorithm.

    본 발명은, 세그웨이와 이용자가 상호간 무선통신을 하여 서로 간의 거리를 측정하고 이를 기반으로 세그웨이가 사용자를 추적하게 하는 팔로잉 세그웨이에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은, 이용자의 무선통신 ID를 기억해 추적하므로 다른 이용자와의 혼선을 예방할 수 있으며, GPS가 서비스되지 않는 실내에서 사용할 수 있으며 저렴하고 간단한 알고리즘으로 추적시스템을 구현할 수 있는 장점을 발휘할 수 있다.
