The present invention relates to a vehicle interior material and a molding method thereof. More particularly, an optimized product shape for preventing scratches is set and manufactured by using formula information indicating a relation between curvature and gradient of a concave portion where the scratches may occur when an interior material having embossing formed on an outer surface is injection-molded. Thus, scratches can be prevented, which may occur on the surface of the outer surface of the embossed body due to contact with a mold which moves for taking out a product after molding.

    본 발명은 차량용 내장재 및 그 성형 방법에 관한 것으로, 외관 표면에 엠보가 형성된 내장재를 사출 성형하여 제조함에 있어서 긁힘이 발생할 수 있는 오목부의 곡률과 구배 사이의 관계를 나타내는 수식 정보를 이용해 긁힘을 방지할 수 있는 최적화된 제품 형상을 설정하여 제조함으로써, 성형 후 제품 취출을 위해 이동하는 금형과의 접촉으로 인하여 엠보가 형성된 외관 표면에 발생할 수 있는 긁힘(scratch) 현상을 방지할 수 있는 차량용 내장재 성형 방법과 차량용 내장재에 관한 것이다.
