According to the present invention, a hook roller (6) is transversely moved without being intruded between upper and lower flanges of a hook beam (7), and when the hook roller (6) is anchored in the upper flange of the hook beam (7) in case of an earthquake, shock and vibration of the earthquake can be absorbed by compression of a spring (4).

    본 발명은 갈고리롤러(6)가 갈고리빔(7)의 상하 플랜지 사이에서 간섭되지 않고 횡행거동을 하고, 지진의 발동에서 갈고리롤러(6)가 갈고리빔(7)의 상부플랜지에 걸리(anchor)는 순간 스프링(4)의 압착으로서 지진충격과 진동을 완충하여 흡수하게 되는 것이 특징이다.
