The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing marine fuels. The present invention can immediately provide various types of hydrocarbon-based fuels for various fuel consumers such as a vessel, a ship for leisure, a barge, a surface vessel, and a submarine at sea. Moreover, boil-off gas and reforming fuels generated from the hydrocarbon-based fuels can be used to generate hydrogen. Then the hydrogen can be provided to the fuel consumers which require the hydrogen. By doing so, the hydrogen can be effectively reformed and generated without a combustion process of the hydrocarbon-based fuels.
본 발명은 해상에 존재하는 다양한 소요처(상선, 레저용 선박, 바지선, 수상함 혹은 수중함 등)에 다양한 종류의 탄화수소계열 연료를 해상에서 즉시 제공할 수 있으며, 특히 탄화수소계열 연료로부터 발생되는 증발가스 및 개질연료를 이용하여 수소를 생산한 후, 이를 수소를 필요로 하는 소요처에 제공함으로써 탄화수소 계열의 연소과정없이 효율적으로 수소를 개질 및 생산할 수 있는 해상 연료 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.
