According to the present invention, a ship positioning method and a ship positioning system comprise: a step of calculating the coordinates of an image point of a ship from an image acquired by a photographing device photographing a ship on the sea; a direct georeferencing step of determining exterior orientation parameters for the image of a ship from a GPS/INS position and posture sensor data related to the photographing device; and determining a ground point position of the ship by using the coordinates of the image point and the exterior orientation parameters.

    본 발명에 따른 선박 위치 결정 방법은, 해상의 선박을 촬영하는 촬영 장치에 의해 취득된 영상으로부터 상기 선박의 영상점 좌표를 산출하는 단계; 상기 촬영 장치와 관련된 GPS/INS의 위치 및 자세 센서 데이터로부터 상기 선박의 영상에 대한 외부표정요소를 결정하는 직접 지오레퍼런싱 단계; 및 상기 영상점 좌표와 상기 외부표정요소를 이용하여 상기 선박의 지상점 위치를 결정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
