An apparatus and a method for driving a battery, and an auxiliary battery unit are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the battery driving apparatus can control a fixed battery unit to uniformly supply, to a load, fixed power which does not vary in time of power required by the load when the auxiliary battery unit is installed in an electric vehicle, and can control the auxiliary battery unit to supply, to the load, varying power varying in time of the power required by the load.

    배터리 구동 장치 및 방법과 보조 배터리 유닛이 개시된다. 일실시예에 따른 배터리 구동 장치는 보조 배터리 유닛이 전기자동차에 탑재된 경우, 부하가 요구하는 전력 중 시간적으로 변하지 않는 고정 전력을 부하로 일정하게 공급하도록 고정 배터리 유닛을 제어하고, 부하가 요구하는 전력 중 시간적으로 변동하는 변동 전력을 부하로 공급하도록 보조 배터리 유닛을 제어할 수 있다.
