The present invention relates to a flight hindrance display ball device which comprises: a case which forms appearance, and has a cable cover capable of covering a ground wire formed on a side surface penetrated so that the ground wire can pass through the same; a piezoelectric element generation unit arranged inside the case, and converting vibrational energy by a wind power to electric energy; a converter converting electricity generated from the piezoelectric element generation unit; and a power supply part receiving the electricity by the converter, and supplying a power source to an LED light source. The flight hindrance display ball device can emit light so that an aircraft or the like can recognize a transmission line even at night, and can autonomously solve a power-related problem thereof.
