The present invention relates to a heat insulating foam, and more particularly relates to a heat insulating foam for a highly explosive gunpowder which is applied to an inner surface of a warhead, a guidance weapon, or the like filled with highly explosive gunpowder such that storing property and survivability of the warhead and the guidance weapon from an external environment such as temperature change and impact can be maximized. The heat insulating foam for highly explosive gunpowder of the present invention comprises: porous particles; a pre-polymer comprising a hydroxyl group; and isocyanate, wherein the pre-polymer is characterized in that any one of polybutadiene, polyester, polyether, polysiloxane, or fluorine is applied.

    본 발명은 단열재 폼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고폭화약이 충전되는 탄두 및 유도무기 등의 내면에 적용되어 온도 변화 및 충격 등의 외부 환경으로부터 상기 탄두 및 유도무기 등의 저장성과 생존성을 극대화시키는 고폭화약용 단열재 폼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 고폭화약용 단열재 폼은 다공성 입자; 하이드록시기를 포함하는 프리 폴리머; 및 이소시아네이트;를 포함하여 제조되고, 상기 프리 폴리머는 폴리부타디엔계, 폴리에스테르계, 폴리에테르계, 폴리실록산계 또는 플루오르계 중 어느 하나가 적용된 것을 특징으로 한다.
