According to the present invention, an energy-based air conditioning fuel efficiency improving method comprises an energy-based mode in which a kinetic energy consumption amount of an active air flap and an electric energy consumption amount of a cooling fan and a compressor are calculated by a controller, and the electric energy consumption amount is lowered to the down of a pulse width modulation (PWM) DUTY output of the cooling fan and the kinetic energy consumption amount is increased to the up, or the kinetic energy consumption amount is lowered to the down of an opening step of the active air flap and the kinetic energy consumption amount is increased to the up. It is possible to prevent reduction of air conditioning fuel efficiency during an operation of a heating ventilating and air conditioning system by balancing kinetic energy and electric energy of a vehicle.
본 발명의 에너지 기반 공조연비개선 방법은 주행 상태인 차량에서 액티브 에어플랩(Active Air Flap)의 운동 에너지 소모량과 쿨링팬(Cooling Fan)과 압축기(Compressor)의 전기 에너지 소모량이 제어기에 의해 산출되고, 상기 쿨링팬(Cooling Fan)의 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) DUTY 출력의 하향(DOWN)으로 상기 전기 에너지 소모량을 낮추고 상향(UP)으로 상기 운동 에너지 소모량을 높이거나 상기 액티브 에어플랩(Active Air Flap)의 개방 단계의 하향(DOWN)으로 상기 운동 에너지 소모량을 낮추고 상향(UP)으로 상기 운동 에너지 소모량을 높여주는 에너지 기반모드가 포함됨으로써 차량의 운동에너지와 전기에너지이 균형화로 공조 시스템(Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning System)의 가동 시 공조연비 저하를 방지하는 특징이 구현된다.
