The present invention relates to a composite leaf spring, and more specifically, to a device for controlling the rigidity of a composite leaf spring configured to control the rigidity of a leaf spring by adjusting the active length of an active area of a composite leaf spring of a single plate according to the applied load. The present invention has an effect of improving the riding comfort by adjusting a spring constant of a leaf spring in accordance with a change in load by adjusting the length of an active area of a composite leaf spring of a single plate. The present invention has an effect of securing a bump clearance by adjusting a spring camber (the amount of a spring being bent) in accordance with a change in load.

    본 발명은 복합재 리프 스프링에관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 작용하는 하중에 따라 단판의 복합재 리프스프링의 활성영역의 길이(active length)를 조절하여 리프스프링의 강성을 조절하는 복합재 리프 스프링 강성 조절 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단판의 복합재 리프 스프링의 활성영역의 길이를 조절하여 하중변화에 따라 리프 스프링의 스프링 상수를 조절하여 승차감을 향상시키는 효과를 갖는다. 본 발명은 하중 변화에 따른 스프링 캠버(스프링의 휨 양)를 조절함으로써, 범프 클리어런스(bump clearance)를 확보하는 효과를 갖는다.
