The present invention relates to an automatic window opening apparatus of a fallen vehicle. An objective of the present invention is to automatically open a front and a rear window and a door window to secure an emergency escape route of a passenger from a vehicle fallen into water to facilitate an instant escape. A switching means (2) is switched by a signal detected from a detection means (1) to detect a water inflow into a vehicle to allow an ignition means (3) to cause electric discharge while power is applied to allow an explosion member (4) to explode. A cylinder (4) having the explosion member (4) embedded in a lower portion thereof and producing a prescribed expansion pressure when the explosion member (4) explodes is connected to a front end of a piston (6), and operates a bracket (7) to push a window glass mounted on a lower surface of the window glass (8). The present invention is used in an automatic window opening apparatus of a vehicle fallen into water.

    1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속하는 기술분야 수중 추락한 차량의 유리창 자동 개방장치에 관한 것임. 2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제 수중 추락한 차량으로부터 탑승자의 비상 탈출로를 확보하기 위하여 앞, 뒤 유리창 및 도어 유리창이 동 시에 자동 개방시켜 순간적 탈출이 용이하게 하고자 함. 3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지 차내부의 물 유입을 검출하는 검출수단(1)으로부터 검출된 신호에 의하여 스위칭 수단(2)이 스위칭되어 전원이 인가되면서 점화수단(3)이 방전을 일으켜 폭발부재(4)가 폭발하며, 폭발부재(4)를 저부에 내장함과 동시에 이 폭발부재(4)의 폭발시에 일정 팽창 압력을 일으키기 위한 실린더(4)가 피스톤(6)의 선단에 연결됨과 동시에 윈도우 글래스(8) 저면에 장착된 윈도우 글래스 밀어내기용 브라켓(7)을 작동시키는 구조로 이루어짐. 4. 발명의 중요한 용도. 수중 추락한 차량의 유리창 자동 개방장치에 사용.
