The present invention relates to a switching element which is connected in a parallel structure, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides a switching element in which a switching element of a primary side circuit is connected in the parallel structure, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the switching element comprises: a plurality of first modules connected between a ground part and a power part to which the power of a vehicle is applied; and a plurality of second modules connected to the first module in parallel.
