The present invention relates to a stretchable shroud for a cooling fan, having a variable length to expose the cooling fan during maintenance and to protect the cooling fan during driving. According to the present invention, the stretchable shroud for a cooling fan, installed in a part where a cooling fan (3) supplying external air to a radiator (2) which cools cooling water discharged from an engine (1) is installed to guide flow of the external air, comprises: a base (11) having a circumference fixated to a vehicle body or the radiator (2) and having a through-hole, through which external air passes by the operation of the cooling fan (3), formed in the middle thereof; and an extension part (13) coupled to the base (11), accommodating the cooling fan (3) therein, and installed to be stretched in an air flow direction.

    본 발명은 정비시에는 냉각팬이 노출되고 운전시에는 냉각팬을 보호할 수 있도록 길이가 가변되도록 한 신축 가능한 냉각팬 슈라우드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신축 가능한 냉각팬 슈라우드는, 엔진(1)에서 배출된 냉각수를 냉각시키는 라디에이터(2)로 외부 공기를 공급하는 냉각팬(3)이 설치된 부위에 설치되어 외부 공기의 유동을 가이드하는 냉각팬 슈라우드에 있어서, 차체 또는 상기 라디에이터(2)에 둘레가 고정되는 설치되고, 중간에 상기 냉각팬(3)의 작동에 의해 외기가 관통하는 관통공이 형성되는 베이스(11)와, 상기 베이스(11)에 결합되고, 상기 냉각팬(3)을 그 내부에 수용하며, 공기의 유동방향으로 신축되게 설치되는 신축부(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
