The present invention relates to a wind noise prevention material for a vehicle. According to the present invention, in an inner portion of a tube compressively formed with rubber, silicone, or urethane having chemical resistance, durability, and elasticity in a soft hose shape, a stabilizer mixed at a 1:2 ratio of glycerin and ethylene glycol and air are repeatedly and continuously inputted at a 1:2 volume ratio of the stabilizer and the air. A chemical layer and an air layer are repeatedly formed in an inner portion of the tube. A lid seals both side end portions of the tube to be inserted into a molding of the vehicle. As such, the tube can be inserted into a molding of a new vehicle, or even in an existing molding without replacing an old molding in an existing vehicle to recover elastic force of the molding. Thus, a driver is able to conveniently install the wind noise prevention material at low costs by himself/herself, and wind noise and external noise generated from a door can be effectively blocked.

    본 발명은 차량용 풍절음 차단부재에 관한 것으로서, 연질의 호수 형태로 내화학성과 내구성 및 탄성을 갖는 고무나 실리콘 또는 우레탄 등으로 압출 성형된 튜브의 내부에, 글리세린과 에칠렌 글리콜이 1:2 비율로 혼합된 안정제와 공기를 1:2 의 체적비로 반복적으로 연속 투입하여, 튜브 내부에 약품층과 공기층이 반속적으로 형성되게 한 후, 튜브의 양쪽 단부를 마개로 밀폐시킨 뒤, 차량의 몰딩 내부에 삽입 장착시킨 것으로, 신차는 물론이고, 기존 차량의 경우에도 노후화 되어 있는 몰딩을 별도로 교체하지 않고도 기존 몰딩 내부에 튜브를 삽입 장착하여, 몰딩의 탄성력이 복원되게 함으로써, 풍절음 차단부재를 운전자 스스로 보다 간편하면서도 저렴한 비용으로 설치하여, 도어에서 발생하는 풍절음과 외부 소음을 효과적으로 차단시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
