The present invention relates to a suspension strut bearing, which can thoroughly block foreign matters introduced into a gap between a housing and a concave portion of a protruding portion of an upper spring seat since the housing and a packing portion are integrally manufactured through injection molding, and which can be simply manufactured and installed. According to the present invention, it is possible to maximize adhesion with the housing so as to effectively prevent a tearing phenomenon due to rotations, and to maximize a contact area and friction coefficient of each constituent means through a simple structure change of the housing and the packing portion so as to more improve adhesion with the housing. Also, by installing a sealing portion between the housing and a cover while simultaneously changing structures of the housing and the cover, foreign matters are thoroughly blocked from the outside, thereby preventing durability reduction, noise generation, and reduction of a rolling phenomenon of balls due to foreign matters introduced into metal balls. Accordingly, by reducing equipment failure and a defect rate, it is possible to improve convenience of management and operation, and extend a life span. In addition, by changing a structure of a bearing cage, a rolling phenomenon of the metal balls is maximized, thereby improving rotation efficiency.

    본 발명은 사출성형을 통해 하우징 및 패킹부가 일체형으로 제작됨으로써 하우징 및 상부스프링시트의 돌출부의 대접부위의 틈으로 유입되는 이물질을 철저히 차단함과 동시에 제조 및 설치가 간단하며, 하우징과의 밀착성을 극대화시켜 회전으로 인한 찢김 현상을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있고, 하우징 및 패킹부의 간단한 구조변경을 통해 각 구성수단의 접촉면적 및 마찰계수를 극대화시켜 하우징과의 밀착성을 더욱 높일 수 있으며, 하우징 및 커버의 구조를 변경함과 동시에 이들 사이에 실링부를 설치하여 외부로부터의 이물질을 철저하게 차단시키도록 구성됨으로써 금속볼 내부로 유입되는 이물질에 의한 내구성 저하, 소음 발생 및 볼의 구름현상 저하 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 이에 따른 장비 고장 및 불량률을 절감시켜 관리 및 운용의 편의성을 높일 수 있으며 수명을 연장시킬 수 있으며, 베어링 케이지의 구조를 변경하여 금속볼의 구름현상을 극대화시켜 회전 효율을 높일 수 있는 서스펜션 스트럿 베어링에 관한 것이다.
